Not All Are Equal
“Kills 99.9% of germs” sounds great. How much better does a disinfectant have to be? Well, the answer is that it come to destroying viruses & bacteria, it could – and should – be a LOT better!
However, there is also one more thing to consider. When you look at the fine print on the back of the label, the instructions will often tell you to leave it in place for 5 minutes before rinsing. 5 minutes! Even 2 minutes can be a long time waiting for disinfectant to do its thing & kill 99.9% of bacteria. What happens if you don’t leave it for the full 5 minutes? Simple, it will be far less effective than advertised.
Next time you are in a restaurant, café, or coffee shop, have a look at the table cleaning between customers – a quick spray & immediately wiped off? It will remove the crumbs but will do little, if anything, to destroy viruses & bacteria.
So how can Chlorisal help? Firstly, it will kill 99.995% of all viruses, bacteria, fungi, and spores. When it comes to bacteria, it is effective to 99.9999%. That’s a great start but remember, the dwell time is critical. Chlorisal has a contact time of just a few seconds. In less than 1 minute, it will provide excellent disinfection of a huge wide range of pathogens. Not only that but as Chlorisal does not leave a toxic residue, there is no need to rinse – just spray& leave it to dry with the confidence that it will destroy the pathogens and not leave any toxic residue behind.
Not time you are in your kitchen or in the supermarket, have a quick look at the fine print of the disinfectants on offer. Use harsh chemicals to achieve 99.9% after 5 minutes? Or trust Chlorisal to destroy at least 99.995% within 1 minute AND do so without the use of any harsh, toxic chemicals.
